Neil is an Operations Associate at FreeGulliver, where he supports database management, financial reporting, and private fund administration.

Before joining FreeGulliver, Neil interned with the Executive Director of the Tulane Cancer Center. Following graduation, he became involved in local politics and managed a New Orleans City Council campaign.

Neil holds a B.S. in Economics from Tulane University. Outside of work, he coaches a local club swim team and enjoys dancing and cooking for friends.
